Jackie Soto is a leader who never forgets where she came from. Raised in South Gate, California, as the daughter of immigrants, she learned early the power of resilience, gratitude, and grit. Her grandparents modeled a life built on work ethic and resourcefulness. They did not throw things away; they fixed them. They worked hard, took care of what they had, and made the most of every opportunity. That upbringing shaped Jackie’s relentless drive and her belief that progress is not about what you have, but what you do with it.

In 2019, Jackie founded ehomes (alongside Elmer Morales, her business & life partner) with that same spirit of determination and purpose, building a company from the ground up that blends innovation with integrity. In just a few short years, she grew ehomes into one of the top three brokerages in California according to RealTrends, closing 915 sides and $636.76 million in 2024 sales volume, and ranking number twenty one nationally by volume.

Today, ehomes operates across all of Southern California, serving Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego, Carlsbad, and the High Desert, with thriving offices in Chino, Downey, Newport Beach, Woodland Hills, Carlsbad, and the High Desert.

Jackie’s leadership is guided by a simple truth: innovation should never come at the cost of connection. As one of the first partners with Opendoor & Zillow, she built a long standing collaboration that continues to redefine how real estate is experienced, making the process faster, smarter, and more human.

A recognized voice in real estate leadership, Jackie has spoken for the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, WomanUP!, the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and Inman. She serves as an NAR REACH mentor and has contributed to several local and national NAR leadership committees.

Jackie’s leadership journey started long before her titles. She relaunched the Young Professionals Network at the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®, where she earned Rookie of the Year, setting the tone for her future as a culture builder and innovator. 

​

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jackie is a mother, daughter, and yogi. Her yoga practice keeps her grounded and reminds her that balance, grace, and self-awareness are as vital in business as they are in life.

No matter how much she achieves, Jackie’s heart remains in the same place, with the people and the community that shaped her. She will never forget where she came from, and she is passionate about turning around and helping others rise just as she did. Her mission is to empower others to lead, grow, and thrive, not by waiting for opportunity, but by building it.
